Welcome!

Invicta Fencing Club is a newly formed club based at Sir Roger Manwood's School Manwood Road, Sandwich (Click here for map) and features all three weapons (Foil, Epee and Sabre). We welcome both male and female fencers of all ages, from beginners to those aspiring towards regional and national competitions.

Eltham College pip Invicta to the Cup

The Royal Stennick Cup October 2011 was won by Eltham College during Sunday's contest. Well done to them! ( We/ invicta were second... )

Headline Results:

1st Eltham College 93 points 2nd Invicta 73 points 3rd Bexley 16 points

Under 10 foil  - 1st Lachlan Jarvie from Eltham

Under 14 foil - 1st Ross Mortimer from Bexley

Under 18 foil - 1st Adam Aspden from Eltham

Under 14 Epee 1st Tyler Lucas Brixton FC (see image)

Under 18 Epee 1st Killian McCabe from Invicta

The latest hall of fame!

Many congratulations to Josh Coombes for winning the U10 Master at arms, Oliver Morwell-Neave the U13 MAA, Killian McCabe U18 MAA and Stuart Harris the adult MAA. These are this years results.

Next years competition will be held in early February 2012

Newsflash

Both Coaches, Jane Clayton and Kate Neave have been selected to represent England in the Home International at the end of April and Great Britain in Macedonia for the Euro Team Championships.
This follows their achievements in the National Veteran Championships held in Gloucester earlier in March 2010. Jane won the Epee title and was third in the Foil event, and Kate was runner up in the Epee.
